What are the response times for installation or maintenance? +
The timeframe depends on the installation, site access and components. Contracts can provide for monthly, quarterly, annual or within 48 hours interventions depending on the agreed terms.
Do you cover all of Belgium? +
Yes, entirely.
Can you intervene on products from other manufacturers? +
A preliminary inspection identifies the products present, their condition and the conditions for compliant intervention. Proseco then confirms the maintenance or replacement possibilities.
What certifications and standards are respected? +
Proseco follows applicable rules, laws and codes as well as Belgian and European standards. Our teams are Bosec certified. The company is Bosec, ISO 9001, VCA* and 10CFR50 App B certified.
How do I assess my fire protection needs? +
An audit examines penetrations, compartments, technical conduits, structures and existing installations to define measures suited to the building.
What is the approximate cost of a tailored solution? +
Solutions are offered on a quote basis. Cost varies depending on the required resistance, supports, access, number of penetrations and scope of work. A preliminary study prevents under-sizing or over-sizing the solution.
How do maintenance contracts work? +
They can include planned monthly, quarterly or annual interventions, interventions within 48 hours, unplanned requests or bespoke services.
